My team's objective was to improve the messaging/social function within an online marketplace as part of a larger redesign project with Ladies That UX. I conducted interviews with users and stakeholders, synthesized findings, studied competitors, conducted a heuristic analysis and worked with others to sketch new design concepts and assemble a prototype.
